ai.
— Senior AI product team · Since 2022

We build AI‑enabled product systems that ship, run, and earn.

A senior team building agents, dashboards, and internal tools for companies that need real engineering — not prompt demos. Product‑minded, close to the work.

Trusted by Magnum · Kaizen Club · Almaty Marathon · Compass · and founders across the US, EU, and Central Asia
— 02 / WHAT WE BUILD

Four things we do properly. Not everything.

  • Analytics UIs
  • Marketplaces
03 / Launch

MVPs & Product Launches

From discovery to paying users. We help shape the thing, scope it honestly, and get it to market in weeks, not months.

— 04 / HOW WE WORK

A process that respects your time.

01

Discover

Short calls. Honest questions. We map the real problem before we price anything.

02

Scope

A written scope you can read in ten minutes — outcomes, risks, milestones, price.

03

Build

Senior people on the keyboard. Weekly demos. You see the system grow, not a Gantt chart.

04

Iterate

We ship to real users fast, watch what they do, and harden what matters.

05

Launch & Support

Launch day, handover, and a support runway so nothing falls over at 2am.

— 05 / THE TEAM

Small team. Deep track record.

We stay small on purpose. It's not a stepping stone — it's a choice. This shape lets the founder stay close to every project and say no to work that doesn't fit. The team has been building together since 2022; the founder has been shipping serious systems for over 15 years.

— 01

Senior people, closer to the work

No junior handoffs. The people scoping your project are the ones building it.

— 02

Fewer handoffs, direct comms

One shared channel. Decisions in hours, not sprint reviews.

— 03

Product thinking, not ticket shop

We push back on specs that won't ship. We help shape the thing, not just build it.

— 04

Founder involved, every engagement

Azamat is in the room for scoping, key decisions, and delivery risk — every time.

— 06 / FAQ

Answers before the call.

If something isn't here, write to us. We reply in one business day.

01 Who do you typically work with? +
Founders and operators at seed → Series B companies, plus mid‑market teams inside larger organisations. We work best with people who want AI used as infrastructure, not marketing.
02 Is this a team, or a freelancer with subcontractors? +
A small senior team, founder‑led, building together since 2022. Not a loose collective, not a subcontracting front. The founder's earlier Upwork and Codementor history is real, but it's the past — the team you'd be working with is the present.
03 How fast can we start? +
Most engagements start within 1–2 weeks of a signed scope. Urgent production work can start sooner when a slot is open.
04 What does a typical engagement look like? +
Either fixed‑scope delivery (4–12 weeks) or a monthly retainer for product teams that need ongoing senior capacity. Both include weekly demos and a shared channel.
05 Do you help shape scope, or only execute a brief? +
Both. If you arrive with a tight spec, we'll pressure‑test it. If you arrive with a problem, we'll help shape the product. We'd rather cut features than ship the wrong thing.
06 Who owns the code and IP? +
You do. Full IP transfer is the default from day one. Everything lives in your repos, your cloud, your accounts.
07 What happens after launch? +
We offer a light support runway (bugs, monitoring, minor iteration) for a fixed monthly fee, or a full retainer if you want us embedded.
08 What don't you take on? +
Pure brochure sites, pure design work without engineering, and anything that needs us to wrap an LLM in a landing page and call it a product. We're upfront about this — it saves everyone time.
